During this time, no person shall park, abandon or leave unattended any vehicle on any public street or alley until the snow has been removed or plowed from the streets or alleys. The Clay Co. Sheriff's office will be responsible for enforcing. Violators will be imposed a $25.00 fine.

2. Burning of leaves & small branches is permitted in town on favorable days. This must be done in yard, not in streets or alleys. There is no burning when the county declares a burn ban.
